Issues with Connecting to Shared Drives, Citrix, & E-mail

Issues have been resolved

If you are still experiencing difficulties, please reboot your system. If you continue you have difficulties, please contact the Resolution Center
at (602) 364-4419 between 6am and 6pm, Monday through Friday.

All services are now restored.

Issues with Connecting to Shared Drives

We are receiving reports users are unable to access Shared Drives, Personal Drives and the Citrix Environment. This may also cause issues with access to Outlook for E-mail. You may use https://owa.azdes.gov to access your E-mail in the mean time. The issue has been logged with the Service Desk ticket number 2014-1777475 and is under investigation.

Unless critical information is received, further updates will follow by 6/19/2014 @ 8am
