Virtual Office Users Unable to Login

The Virtual Office login problems is still an ongoing issue and the DTS Network Operations Center is continuing to monitor events as they happen. This issue is anticipated to be repair by Friday morning.

At this time, users can login through https://descag.azdes.gov on their personal equipment (i.e. PC’s at home) if you have an RSA FOB as well as accessing email via OWA. https://owa.azdes.gov

The issue has been logged with the Service Desk ticket number 2014-1792097.
