Sporadic Connection issues to Exchange servers **RESOLVED**

Issues regarding network connections to the Exchange Server have been resolved. Users should now be able to access email through their Outlook client. Users may need to shutdown Outlook and restart the client in order to connect. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and we thank you for your patience.

There will be no further updates.

We continue to experience sporadic network connections to the Exchange environment. Users may be receiving "server unreachable" when launching their Outlook clients. This is a known network issue and the Network Operations team is currently working with the Exchange team towards a resolution. As an alternative, you can try accessing email through http://owa.azdes.gov, enter your email address and windows password.
