The incident with Citrix profiles loading is still ongoing. Users are still experiencing login issues to DES BASIC and DES ADVANCED. Technical teams are in contact with the vendor and continue to work on the issue.

Further updates will be provided as they become available.

NETAPP / CITRIX problems
We are receiving reports of some users unable to log into Citrix due to an issue with the NetApp, DCSO is working directly with NetApp to correct this problem. The issue has been logged with the Service Desk 2013-1612920 and is under urgent investigation.
