Mainframe Slowness Issue

We have received notification that users are experiencing slowness while access and working within the DES mainframe…..specifically the CICM4 Region. This region houses applications such as AZTECS, FMCS, GUIDE, ATLAS and AZCATS applications. This slowness will cause the inability to login for some users as well as mainframe sessions freezing up.

This is a statewide issue and DTS technical staff are working diligently to resolve this issue.
